As a former educator, he embodies the mindset that all people can gain new skills and realize their full potential. Joe is based in Chicago, IL and holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.

Jennifer Burnett is passionate about activating business strategy through people by elevating and nurturing the potential of people at work. Dr. Burnett draws on her experience of 30 years as a business leader, talent management/HR leader, researcher, and consultant to create talent solutions designed to positively impact both employees and the future of the business.
Currently, Dr. Burnett is a Principal Consultant at TiER1 Performance where she provides guidance and actionable solutions to enterprise-level organizational leaders who are seeking to advance their talent and skills strategies, people practices, and leverage AI technologies for HR.Jennifer has held various HR executive roles, driving innovation and excellence in talent management, talent acquisition, people analytics and strategic workforce planning. She has also recently served as a Principal for The Conference Board’s Human Capital Center, leading insightful research on skills-driven talent practices and the role of AI in HR, learning and talent management.
Her mission in all engagements is to inspire and connect people and positively impact business results to ultimately build a better world.
